Paddle Kit

The paddle wheel and pin are normal wear items. Typically, in clean water, they will last for many years of continuous service. Silt/grit or chemicals in the water will shorten the life of the paddle and pin. Inspect the pin/paddle bearing for wear, if the paddle is flopping around excessively it’s time for a paddle kit.  Changing the paddle consists of pushing out the old pin and installing the new paddle and pin.
